Monty Moncrief

An attorney and businessman before co-founding AMT, Monty represented a variety of clients, including trucking companies and shippers. He now uses this legal and real-world expertise to negotiate favorable rates and conditions for our shippers, and to identify and meet the business goals of our clients. Monty brings a customer-first philosophy to AMT and maintains an active daily role in all operations, where he feels like he can make a difference for his clients.

 

 


Shawn Smith

With years of experience in sales, dispatch, and freight operations, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. His calm, reassuring demeanor and easy manner reinforce his ability to always get the job done. After several years of moving various flatbed loads all over the country, Marti has expanded his business to van freight as well. Jeff Hansen

Jeff brings years of both trucking and dispatch experience to our team.  He is the hub of our operations center, and in constant communication with our carriers and shippers. This rapport with both sides of the industry affords him the ability to quickly assess customer needs and the most efficient, cost-effective way to address them.
